Shab D. Kerendian
Shab D. Kerendian founded the firm and started it as the Law Offices of Shab D. Kerendian. Since 1996, Shab has been practicing law and representing clients before judges in state and federal courts. He expanded this firm into a multi-lawyer firm known as Kerendian & Associates, Inc. Shab represented dentists, doctors, over 35 hospitals, small and large businesses, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and individuals.
Shab has given lectures to various health care professionals on California law as part of continuing education courses, as well as on the benefits of protecting your business or practice and minimizing chances of potential lawsuits.
Education: Shab received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge, and his law degree from California Western School of Law. Shab is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
Shawn S. Kerendian
Shawn S. Kerendian has been an integral part of Kerendian & Associates, Inc. since 1999. Shawn assisted the firm as a legal assistant and research assistant while attending UCLA, and as a law clerk while attending Loyola Law School – Los Angeles. After graduating from Loyola, Shawn gained experience at one of the largest and most prestigious Estate Planning firms in Los Angeles. Shawn has brought such experience to Kerendian & Associates, Inc. and has assisted in the expansion of the firm to include Trust/Probate Litigation and Estate Planning.
Education: Shawn received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, graduating cum laude, and his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
Matthew C. Pierce
Prior to joining Kerendian & Associates, Inc. in 2009, Matthew C. Pierce was a law clerk and an attorney with a high-volume civil defense firm in downtown Los Angeles. From 1999–2003, Matthew attended Wesleyan University in Connecticut, graduating in 2003 with a degree in psychology. Matthew is a 2007 graduate of Loyola Law School – Los Angeles. During his time at Loyola, Matthew worked as a certified law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.
Education: Matthew received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, and his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
