Bryan R. Smith principaled a law partnership with offices in Sacramento and San Diego from 1998 to 2003 which focused on general civil law and civil litigation. Since coming to Los Angeles, he has contributed to large and boutique firms with concentrations in estate planning, probate/trust administration and complex civil litigation. Bryan's background in drafting estate plan documents and handling probate/trust administration matters have contributed to his skills and enabled him to become a skillful litigator in the probate/trust sector.
