Marc E. Angelucci is an associate at Kerendian & Associates, Inc., where he focuses his practice on business litigation and probate/trust litigation. Marc is an experienced civil litigator with specialized experience in mechanic's lien foreclosure actions and civil appeals. He has been the lead attorney in several high-profile cases, including a successful taxpayer lawsuit against the State of California in which Marc won a landmark appellate decision declaring unconstitutional a discriminatory law regarding state-funded services. In 2003, Governor Grey Davis appointed Marc to a state committee on matters relating to fraud and paternity claims. Marc has been quoted several times in the Daily Journal and other media, has appeared on the Phil Donahue Show, Dr. Phil Show, John and Ken Show and elsewhere, and has published articles in the L.A. Times, Daily Journal and other publications.
Education: Marc received his undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley where he graduated phi beta kappa, and received his law degree from U.C.L.A. School of law.
