Shawn S. Kerendian has been an integral part of Kerendian & Associates, Inc. since 1999. After starting his legal career working on high net worth estates at one of the largest and most prestigious Trust and Probate firms in Los Angeles, Shawn joined Kerendian & Associates, Inc. and assisted in the expansion of the firm to include a Trust/Probate Administration and Litigation department, which he supervises. Shawn has represented trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, personal representatives, corporations, non-profit organizations, etc., and has been involved in matters where the dispute at issue was in excess of $100 million. Shawn is experienced in all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation, law and motion, and trials, and has appeared before judges throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties involving matters related to Trust/Probate Administration and Litigation.
Memberships: Shawn is a member of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and also a member of the Trusts & Estates and Litigation sections of the State Bar of California.
Education: Shawn received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, graduating cum laude, and his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. |
